Grant of License: Rygiel Photography ("Licensor") grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to the purchaser ("Licensee") to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the licensed photos in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

Permitted Uses: The licensed photos may be used by the Licensee for personal, commercial, editorial, or promotional purposes, including but not limited to website design, social media, print materials, advertisements, and presentations.

Prohibited Uses: The licensed photos may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or made available for download or use by third parties without prior written consent from Rygiel Photography. The photos may not be used in a manner that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.

Attribution: While not required, the Licensee agrees to provide credit to Rygiel Photography wherever possible when using the licensed photos, by including Rygiel Photography’s name or a link to their portfolio.

Ownership: Rygiel Photography retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the licensed photos, including all intellectual property rights. The Licensee acknowledges that the license granted herein does not transfer ownership of the photos to the Licensee.

Warranty and Liability: The licensed photos are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Rygiel Photography & VIdeo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the licensed photos.

Indemnification: The Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rygiel Photography from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the Licensee's use of the licensed photos.

Termination: This license is effective indefinitely unless terminated by either party. The Licensee may terminate the license by ceasing to use the licensed photos and deleting all copies thereof. Rygiel Photography may terminate the license if the Licensee breaches any of the terms herein.

Governing Law: This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rygiel Photography resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement: These licensing terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the licensed photos and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
